🚫 AVOID DR JACK GOLDBERG 🚫 If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Dr. Goldberg was beyond disappointing it was alarming. I had to walk him through what needed to be done, explain the process, and essentially do his job for him just to get the correct testing arranged. He openly admitted that he didn’t know what he was doing, leaving me to research everything myself and guide him step-by-step. After finally getting the tests completed, I went in multiple times to collect my results. When I arrived, he lied to my face, insisting he never received them — despite the fact that he had not only received them, but had already viewed them. This entire experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and incredibly concerning. If you need proper medical care, see any other doctor at the clinic. This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had.

Having been a patient of Plexus Medical & Cosmetic (Formally Ogam Medical & Cosmetic) since their inception back in 2011, I cannot recommend them highly enough for all your General Practice and Cosmetic Medicine and Skin needs. Conveniently located at 663 Chapel St South Yarra with ample street parking on Chapel Street or nearby within a few minutes’ walk. The clinic is also easily accessible via the 78 tram. From the moment you walk in the door to be welcomed by Tom and assistant Susi, your experience at Plexus whether it be for General Medicine or Cosmetic and Skin treatments, will be nothing short of exemplary every step of the way. From Practice Manager Dominic Rillstone and the GP team of Dr. Chuni and Dr. Hwan Kwon to the Cosmetic side and the highly skilled & regarded Dr. Shams Shamid with his cutting-edge techniques and fashionable wardrobe sense to Cosmetic Nurse Youjin Lee and effervescent Dermal Therapist extraordinaire Olivia Hume, they always have me looking and feeling amazing. I wouldn’t trust my health and cosmetic /skin goals in anyone else’s hands. They are after all, like family to me. Appointments are simple and can be made online with ease and all communication reminders sent to your phone via sms and appointment info updated to your email calendars. You're in great hands at Plexus Medical and Cosmetic.

I've had nothing but exceptional experiences with both Dr. Shams and Dr. Dae. They truly take the time to listen to my concerns with sincerity and always provide thoughtful, expert medical advice. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients' well-being. The receptionist is also consistently warm and welcoming, making every visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality care and a supportive environment!
