Absolutely loved my experience at PLUMP South Yarra! I saw Cait for my very first cosmetic injection consultation, and couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. From the moment I walked in, the consultation was incredibly thorough — Cait took the time to explain everything in detail, with no pressure or expectations at all. I booked my cosmetic injection appointment after my consultation. Cait’s clearly so knowledgeable and skilled, but what stood out most was how reassuring, comforting, and genuinely warm she was. Her friendly, chatty nature instantly put me at ease when I went back in for my cosmetic injections and made the whole appointment feel like I was catching up with a friend. I walked out feeling confident, cared for. The injections lasted 4 months and I returned for my second dose. During this appointment we spoke about what I liked and what I would want to change. It has been an amazing experience so far and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!
Cait is absolutely incredible, I couldn’t recommend her more! She truly listens to your needs, is highly attentive to detail, and takes the time to create a thorough treatment plan while clearly explaining the ‘why’ behind every recommendation. The clinic itself is stunning; immaculately clean treatment rooms and a spacious infrared sauna that leaves you feeling both relaxed and pampered. On top of that, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else 🥰🙏

👄 Plump! Bite size facials were just what I needed to get my skin through winter and I’m looking smooth😉 🍑 with a little extra help. Cait and the team are warm, lovely and always good for chats… the perfect distraction for top ups. Best part they always fit you in. Not unusual for me to pop my head mid dog walk to see if they have any avails👌
Client of Plump for a year now. The space is beautiful, calm and welcoming. My favorite thing about the team is that they listen to me and create a custom service that is specifically for my skin - I have quite a few friends who visit Plump and we all have different treatment plans, which gives me peace of mind! My main issue with skin treatments in the past is that they haven’t felt personal - but at plump, it feels completely customised, which is why I trust the girls and come back regularly. Great and convenient location too🩷🩷🩷
