My son had a cyst above his eye in a very sensitive area that required specialist treatment. Dr Hollenbach was so flexible with the procedure which reduced the anxiety for my son and everything went so smoothly with the cyst being removed and a barely visible scar. Thank you Carissa for all your support and care.
I've had various age-related problems in the areas surrounding my eyes, including dermatochalasis and malar festoons. These are not the most straightforward issues to fix, and I've had to see an eye specialist over a period of time. I've found Eugene Hollenbach to be a skilled and caring doctor. He and his staff make his clinic a pleasant place to visit even if you have tricky problems for them to deal with.
Dr was half hour late to appointment. I was told it was $50 for my consultation for skin treatment. Sat down with the Dr for 10mins and they tried to charge me $160! Was meant to be with the dermal therapist! Not the eye surgeon. telling me its $300 for 1 laser session for pigmentation. Iv now done research after them trying to rip me off and its only $90 at 5 other places. So unprofessional
Lovely professional cosmetic clinic. Have been well looked after by Dr Hollenbach and staff. I was very comfortable during my treatments & any questions or concerns well addressed. Doctor Hollenbach is very friendly & knowledgeable. Thank you Dr H and staff.
Worst experience of my life dealing with a 'so called professional doctor!' He ruined my face with his fracational (CO2) laser. Took the skin off my nose by applying an icepack to a freshly treated area and had to run out the door for his flight to Melbourne, leaving me with all my skin stuck to an icepack, I knew he had made a horrible mistake. That skin never grew back after he claimed it would, and gave me a script for a steroid cream. 6 months later, I am left with a chunk out of my nose. Horrible experience and left me deformed for life. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I am left with the mess he made, and I will always look in the mirror knowing what he did with no thought to how he would leave me looking for life!
