I had the most amazing experience with Douaa. She did my lips and Xeomin, (tox) and lips with Belotero. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything looks so natural, balanced, and refreshed — exactly what I wanted. Douaa is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and precise. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands. Beyond her skill, she is also just a genuinely kind and beautiful person. She makes the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. If you’re looking for someone who combines expert technique with a warm, caring approach, I cannot recommend Douaa enough. I will absolutely be going back!

I cannot recommend douaa and her team enough. She does my lips, Botox and facials and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Every treatment is done with so much precision and care. My lips are always perfectly shaped and natural, my Botox looks smooth but never frozen, and my skin has never looked better since starting facials with her. She takes the time to listen, explains everything properly, and makes you feel completely comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. I constantly get compliments and I always send people her way. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. She is the best. 🙌

I’ve had three treatments at Refined Aesthetics and couldn’t recommend them more. The team is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely invested in their clients.
