I was referred to Dr Chok by a long-term client of his and was happy to wait several weeks for an appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like what I expected. I arrived early to complete forms, but ended up sitting in the waiting room for over 25 minutes past my appointment time while staff (including Dr Chok) could be heard chatting and eating lunch. The smell of food filled the room, which didn’t feel professional at all. When I went to ask how much longer it would be, I waited for 5 minutes before anyone came to the desk. The nurse couldn’t give a clear answer, and although I could hear her speaking to Dr Chok, there was no definitive update or apology. A second receptionist (who was much friendlier) eventually explained that his lunch had been delayed. If a doctor is running late, a simple courtesy call or even a heads-up on arrival would make a big difference. Instead, the lack of communication and disregard for patients’ time left a really poor impression. This clinic came across as unprofessional and disorganised. I chose to leave, pleased I hadn't spent my money here and booked elsewhere, where I was seen on time and treated with respect. Definitely not the experience I expected after such a strong recommendation.

Mum and I saw Dr Chok today, we are so happy with the results, we will definitely be back. Already booked our next appointment.

Dr. Chok was absolutely wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His care and attention to his patients is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Dr. Chok!

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organized, with a strong focus on patient care and safety. Staff were attentive and kind, always checking in to ensure I was comfortable and informed.
