I had the wrinkles smoothing treatment from lorelle and was very happy with results from the treatment, lorelle was friendly and supportive (gave me a stress ball ) during the treatment her services was amazing so clean and safe environment definitely will recommend

Lorelle is lucky she is getting one star. Had botox start of October (was happy with my results and recommended Lorelle to my friends) fast forward 8 weeks I asked Lorelle how much for a top up (as my I wanted further treatment down my eyes, and a top up in my forehead) I was absolutely gobsmacked as were my family and friends when I showed them Lorelle's rude reply. Her reply was she is not a magician and if I'm not happy go elsewhere. At this stage I'm shocked, simply put I just wanted a top up and book my lips in. Then she accused me of saying her work wasn't good and wanted a pat on the back, then to my disgust she blocked me as soon as I mentioned leaving a negative review for her rude and unprofessional reply. Steer clear of Lorelle and go elsewhere

I have been going to Lorelle for many years now. My lip filler is amazing!! Iv never had such good Botox that lasts!! Honestly the best price for what she does. Have already sent my friend to her and 3 others are on their way!! Thankyou Lorelle for keeping us beautiful 😻

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! My usual injector was away so I thought I'd try Lorelle. She was a little more expensive than my injector but I didn't mind and was happy to try another place. I paid for 3 areas of Dysport that only lasted 6 weeks. I've been getting Botox and Dysport for nearly 20 years and it had never happened before. Not even close. I sent Lorelle a message thinking she'd be shocked too and ask me to come into have a look and probably top it up. I was perfectly polite about it. I didn't think it would be a problem, I obviously didn't get enough the first time. Instead, she was really rude and dismissive and told me to go somewhere else. She had my money and didn't care anymore. I totally believe the other bad review she has. She has no customer service skills at all.

I have been seeing Lorelle since she opened and she is the loveliest, friendliest person. She has amazing prices and specials, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, knows what she is doing and has great advice. I love going to see her and have always been thrilled with the results
