After a year away it was so good to come back and start my treatment again with a professionals (Bec)who know me. Bec is absolutely amazing and did a thorough assessment and advised on the best treatment. I trust her immensely, I know my skin is in good hands..
Absolute SCAM!! I went for pigmentation treatment. After 4 treatments, there was no progress to my pigmentation, the vapor from the treatment made my eyes itchy, red and gave me blurred vision for over a week. I made advance payment for future treatment so i went back explained that i am not happy with the result and asked for the refund of my UNUSED balance and to my surprise they refused to make a refund. Be aware, once your money is in their hands you wont get it back.
If you're considering buying a bulk package don't! Limited spots available, I've had messages in the morning telling me the tech isn't in for the day and cancelled all appointments. I had to go elsewhere to do a session one month as my appointment was cancelled and their next available didn't fit with my schedule. I am now on a waitlist to get another appointment (as they're booked out till the 24th) so I'll have to go elsewhere again. Extremely not happy!! Don't go here

Each provided thoughtful advice and tailored recommendations that made a real difference. Highly recommend their expertise and the overall experience!
I am 6 months into my treatment. Had my last appointment cancelled and cannot get another one for 2 months. I have spoken on the phone multiple times now to try and get an appointment. All I get is apology’s, when I ask what effect this is going to have on my treatment they say “it is not ideal” then when I ask for a refund so I can go somewhere else they say it is not in their policy…. Really poor. Would not recommend to anyone
