I’ve been coming to Results Laser Clinic in Melbourne CBD for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it. I mainly come for laser and every visit has been a great experience. Hazel is amazing, she’s very knowledgeable, knows exactly what she’s doing, and always takes the time to answer all my questions. She’s also super friendly and makes me feel very comfortable every appointment. Highly recommend!
Cilivia nd Holy are the best. I have to highlight holy for warding off my fobia with laser machines. She was super quick and dedicated. Both their knowledge on dermatology is outstanding. Impressed for their valuable suggestions. Must recommend clinic specials both the lovely ladies cheers.
Your service has serious issues. There is a severe staff shortage. I arrived on time for my laser appointment, but the staff kept making me wait in order to attend to walk-in consultations. As a result, my service time was cut short. If you’re experiencing such a high volume of inquiries, please hire a full-time receptionist—or at least have three staff members on site. It is completely unacceptable to keep customers with appointments waiting, only to shorten their sessions or delay them further, causing the next client to wait again!
