Results Laser Clinic Upper Mount Gravatt

Although I have always found the staff at the Upper Mt Gravatt Clinic to be professional and warm, the actual business is poorly run from the top. I had 4 cancelled appointments last year alone due to sick staff. From November 2025 onwards I have only seen the odd day out of a few weeks where it is open and someone available for me to book in with. I was told when I finished my fifth of six appointments that my package expired. When I called Head Office to see if I could have my final appointment reinstated (which I had booked online well in advance), I was told it had expired and "nothing could be done." I explained my situation and stated that I had been a loyal customer for a number of years. The woman on the phone said, "You got your package at the start of last year. You've had ample time to attend your appointments." I repeated that there had been periods of up to 6 weeks where I literally could not get a single appointment as well as having booked ones cancelled. She said, "We've only been having staffing issues since November" (not true). I gave up in the end. Such a shame. A customer in the waiting area at my last appointment said she was very unhappy with availability of appointments too and would be seeing out the end of her package and not returning. Neither will I.

I wanted to thank the lovely lady who was working alone at your Mt Gravatt clinic yesterday. She did an excellent job — she was patient, kind, and very helpful, even though I understand how stressful it can be managing both reception and operations at the same time when other colleagues are away. I’m sorry I forgot her name, but I’m sure you can find out who she was by checking the roster for yesterday. Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with the service I received from the call centre. When I contacted them, I was told there was “no other option” and that it was a “manager centre,” which felt unhelpful and lacking in responsibility toward clients. I had booked my packages on 1st November, but last Thursday I received a message saying my appointment was cancelled. When I called the number provided, I was only offered one option — an appointment that same evening at 7 pm. This was very short notice and not possible for me as I work and already had other plans. Considering my package has an expiry date and I’ll be away for the rest of the year, I found this quite frustrating. I managed to reschedule one of my packages online and attended yesterday, which went well thanks only to the friendly and professional lady at the clinic. Her positive attitude made a big difference to my experience. However, because of the poor communication and unhelpful support from the call centre, I have decided not to continue with Results Laser Clinic after finishing my current package. I also wouldn’t recommend it to others, as customer service is one of the most important aspects of any business — especially when there are many other clinics offering better options and atmospheres.

Her attention, collaboration, understanding, and professionalism have been outstanding throughout my laser hair removal process. She has made a remarkable effort to take care of me and ensure that my body was treated with the utmost care and respect. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, I have felt comfortable, well-informed, and fully supported during each session. I truly value the high level of service he provides, and I strongly recommend him to anyone seeking quality care

I purchased a laser hair removal package (6 sessions) at this clinic, but the overall result has been very uneven. Within the same treatment area, some patches were treated while other patches were clearly missed. I raised this issue multiple times and showed photos of the uneven results. However, during my most recent visit, the missed areas were still not treated, and instead I was told to purchase an additional session and that it would be “fixed at the final session”. I still have two remaining sessions in my package. Being asked to pay extra to correct areas that were never properly treated in the first place is unreasonable and very disappointing. Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable continuing treatment at this clinic.
