I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal for a few months after finally having enough of the experience of waxing hormonal hair constantly and the crying for never ending hair growth and negative talk of my body being a big job. This place has changed my life. The staff are all super friendly, caring and professional. The treatment is painless and thorough and the results are no joke I have more positive effects than I realised I’d have such as softer skin and less ingrowns, also the time and money saved from not waxing and shaving pays this off for me. I researched every salon in Melbourne for years and I’m so grateful I chose this one it’s worth every dollar I’ve spent. Thanks team and particularly Jasmin.

I’ve been a client at Richmond Skin and Laser multiple times, but after today I won’t be returning. I had a booking scheduled for today, however I experienced a family emergency — my father is in critical condition in hospital. I contacted the clinic to try and reschedule. While there was no availability (which I understood and accepted), what was truly disappointing was the complete lack of empathy shown during the conversation. There was no “I hope everything is okay” or any basic human concern. The focus was entirely on the money and keeping my $50 deposit. To be very clear, I don’t care about the $50 — my father’s health is far more important. What disgusted me was the cold, transactional attitude in a moment of genuine distress. For a clinic I’ve supported multiple times, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Losing a regular client over $50 and a gross lack of compassion says a lot. That $50 will be the last money they ever receive from me

Been coming here regularly since 2019 doing tattoo removals. Usually good experience. This time round was the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer anywhere. This time the owner did the removal. Removing 4 tattoos. First tattoo - She misses half of my first tattoo saying she had already gone over it. Once the redness and swelling had set in I pointed to it again, showing the part of the tattoo that wasn’t hit. She then finally said oh yeah, and then proceeds to hit the missed spots, with me having to point out several times where to hit. How on EARTH can you miss HALF the tattoo, a technicians jobs is attention to detail!!!!! Moving onto 2nd tattoo, misses a big spot again until I bring it up. Moving onto 3rd tattoo, goes over spots with laser not on / activated. There was no frosting or pain I usually feel with it. I then say to go over these missed spots to which she gaslights me saying they’ve been done over, and laughs. I’ve been coming here for YEARS and done over 20 laser sessions. I’m not silly, I watch the laser like a hawk and can see and know and FEEL which parts haven’t been done. She then proceeds to tell trainee technician to add a note to ask me to sit up for future sessions, because lying down made it easy to miss spots. Out of my MANY sessions here I’ve been lying down, no spots missed. Everything just screams unprofessionalism and inexperience. You have lost a dedicated customer because of your arrogance. Leave the treatment to trained technicians! Don’t have me pay thousands of dollars for you to miss MULTIPLE spots on MULTIPLE tattoos. (Also when I came home I saw more spots that had been missed)
