I’ve been getting laser at Silk Laser for five years and I genuinely feel scammed. Thousands of dollars spent with no results. I’m a uni student and this was not cheap for me, yet the service has been awful. The staff rush appointments, don’t make you feel comfortable, and clearly just want to get people in and out. My last session was so uncomfortable I feel like i have to go elsewhere now. On top of that, if you can’t make an appointment, good luck! you’re often pushed back another 3+ weeks, which completely throws off the recommended 6-week treatment cycle and makes the whole process pointless and a waste of money. I’ve never written a review in my life, but I feel obligated to say something so other girls don’t waste their time and money like I did.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The clinic is clean, professional and very welcoming. My therapist was exceptional - knowledgeable, reassuring and attentive. She made me feel completely comfortable and well cared for throughout my treatment.
Both my partner and I felt completely disregarded by Silk Laser. Despite voicing valid concerns about missed treatment areas, we were met with sheer arrogance and zero care. When I asked for a simple follow-up, I was bluntly told to “go elsewhere”—not their policy. I escalated this to both management and head office, only to be completely ignored. This experience left us feeling dismissed and unvalued. I strongly advise others to stay away.
Georgina has been so thorough, helpful and lovely during my experience at Silk. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and educated, giving me the best experience possible. I’ve been struggling with acne for a few months which has been a major insecurity for me but Georgina made me feel so comfortable and at ease whilst undergoing treatments. I will happily continue to see her for all future skin issues and could not recommend her enough!
