I have been attending Silk Laser Clinics Palmerston for over four years, and unfortunately my experiences have been very inconsistent, largely depending on which staff member is on duty. During my visit today 23/12/2025 for laser treatment, I was overcharged due to an error made by the staff member at the front desk. When I pointed this out, she spoke to me rudely, took no accountability for her mistake, and made no effort to resolve the issue. This left me feeling disrespected, frustrated, and undervalued especially as a long-term client. I expect professionalism, accountability, and respectful customer service from a clinic of this reputation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the ongoing customer service issues at this location.
First time at SILK Laser Clinic in Palmerston today, from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, the girls at reception were very friendly. Nurse Fern was amazing, She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She was quick and very good at what she does. I would totally recommend SILKs in Palmerston.
I just had my first session and I love it. Eleni, the technician who did my laser, was an absolute sweetheart. I'm naturally ticklish — particularly on my underarms — and she has never made me feel bad for being ticklish. My first appointment was comforting and relaxing because she made me feel safe. The first time in my life I'm happy with the result. I've been doing laser for past 3 years and SHANNON really treat me differently, she is gentle and do the job without rushing the time. She really do bit by bit my legs and my under arms. She's definitely kind of person that I'm looking for.
