I’ve had my legs lasered about 40 times over the years, but haven’t seen great results (likely due to my PCOS). Then I met Storm, an expert in her field! She took the time to understand my concerns, adjusted settings to suit my needs and really knew what she was doing. I’ve finally feel like I’m in good hands. Highly recommend Storm for you laser needs!!
I have been attending Silk Laser Clinics Palmerston for over four years, and unfortunately my experiences have been very inconsistent, largely depending on which staff member is on duty. During my visit today 23/12/2025 for laser treatment, I was overcharged due to an error made by the staff member at the front desk. When I pointed this out, she spoke to me rudely, took no accountability for her mistake, and made no effort to resolve the issue. This left me feeling disrespected, frustrated, and undervalued especially as a long-term client. I expect professionalism, accountability, and respectful customer service from a clinic of this reputation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the ongoing customer service issues at this location.
I just had my first session and I love it. Eleni, the technician who did my laser, was an absolute sweetheart. I'm naturally ticklish — particularly on my underarms — and she has never made me feel bad for being ticklish. My first appointment was comforting and relaxing because she made me feel safe. I'd definitely recommend getting treatments done with Silk. Thank you, Eleni ❤️
The first time in my life I'm happy with the result. I've been doing laser for past 3 years and SHANNON really treat me differently, she is gentle and do the job without rushing the time. She really do bit by bit my legs and my under arms. She's definitely kind of person that I'm looking for.
