⚠️ Scam Alert – Avoid at All Costs ⚠️ I responded to a free skin analysis offer from Skin Age Aesthetic on Facebook, which in hindsight appears to be a complete scam. After a generic computer-generated response, I received a call from someone named Veronica, who falsely claimed to have personally messaged me. I expressed my concerns and mentioned I was on holiday on the Gold Coast — she reassured me they have a medical staff on-site and offered a free consultation appointment, which I accepted. I do see a dermatologist on the Gold Coast as well. I received the usual appointment confirmation via text. However, on the day of the consultation, I got a call from someone on Veronica‘s behalf saying Veronica had suddenly fallen ill and the appointment was rescheduled for the next day, same time 12:15 - smack bang in the middle of the day as all the other times are taken. Fine. I arrived at 12:00 thinking of paperwork, etc at the new appointment time, only to find the entire practice locked up, no cars, no staff — it was completely deserted. THEN, whilst there at the venue, I get a call from Veronica. Not to apologise — but to claim she had no idea who rescheduled the appointment and she wasn’t informed, and was “still unwell.” This is beyond unprofessional — it’s dishonest. I told her that if she’s running a business, she should know her staff and what her staff is doing and not make promises she can’t keep. Offering fake “free consults” only to disappear is deceptive and misleading. I told her this felt like a scam and that I would be leaving a public review to warn others, especially after telling me they were fully booked but there was no one on site. After I hung up and tried to call back — no surprise, no answer. Avoid this operation and Veronica entirely. There are plenty of reputable, professional clinics out there. This is not one of them.

Zahara made me feel so comfortable and educated me on my health and what I can do to improve it. I bought some amazing skin care products which were very reasonably priced and affordable. I had a procedure to remove keratosis and Zahara reassured me throughout the procedure, and it was quick and pain free! Thank you Zahara! Celia :)

I had skin needling done with Zahara, it was a great experience. Loved the cute little touches like having a blanket during treatment. She made me feel very comfortable.

Zahara was fantastic the moment we walked in. She was warm and welcoming. My daughter suffers from acne, and she was happy to help with a treatment plan. She explained everything clearly and straightforward.
