I have been to this Skin Clinic Robina quite a few times and have been extremely happy with the service from everyone here especially Tiffany who has done lots of laser on my skin. She is very professional & recommends other services to me that she thinks my skin needs. I have also been happy with my outcome every time I’ve been. Will definitely be back.

Excellent care provided. Very detailed and ensured no stone left unturned. I have only had skin checks off my GP and going to this clinic I realise that while my GP was providing a service, this place provided a far higher quality of what seems to be cutting edge equipment and mole mapping. I will definitely go back. Dr Simon was excellent, the nurse Sophie was kind and professional and the staff at the front desk were wonderfull and efficient at making the whole process bery easy and less daunting.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience here and the way I’ve been treated!! I went to this clinic for a simple test patch to remove freckles, something I was already self-conscious about and wanted improved. Instead, I’ve been left with a large patch of hyperpigmentation that looks far worse than what I originally went in for. The dark patch now stands out more than the freckles ever did. What makes this even worse is the aftercare and customer service, which has been nothing short of disgraceful. I raised concerns early and was just given a lightening cream and told to wait six weeks. After sitting with this pigmentation getting darker and more distressing, I was then told to try another cream, now with a steroid, and that no laser could fix it. Basically being told I’m stuck with it. I had to call and follow up each time as no one would call me back to let me know anything! When I tried to get answers, the Practice Manager, Karina, was dismissive and repeatedly fell back on “you signed a consent form” instead of showing any empathy or support. Yes, risks exist but that doesn’t remove a clinic’s duty of care when something actually goes wrong. I requested my consent forms, treatment records, and before/after photos. I was told they’d be sent and they weren’t. I followed up multiple times throughout the day and was left waiting with no communication. When I questioned the lack of duty of care and basic follow-up, she hung the phone up one me while I was speaking!! Completely unprofessional and appalling behaviour from specially from the clinic manager! This situation has affected me not just physically but mentally. The area treated was something I was already insecure about and now it’s significantly worse. I’ve since taken this matter further through formal legal channels. I wish I read the one star reviews prior to booking here as after reading other reviews it’s clear customer service issues here aren’t isolated to just my experience. If you’re considering treatment here, think carefully not just about the treatment itself, but how you’ll be treated if something goes wrong!!!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are lovely. The Doctors are very caring and professional, any skin cancer surgery they've performed has left minimal scarring. Tiffany the dermal therapist makes you feel at ease straight away with her genuine, knowledgeable and kind manner. I'm quite amazed at the results Tiffany's laser therapy plan has made to my darkly pigmented age spots and areas of redness.

What a wonderful experience my husband and I have everyone we go here, we are always made to feel comfortable and never experience any discomfort with our treatments. Very professional staff and doctors. Thankyou so much for repairing my ear today. I highly recommend this clinic.
