I attended my appointment this morning, which had been confirmed by email and followed by a reminder. Upon arrival, the clinic was closed with a notice on the door. Unfortunately, I received no prior communication about the closure. I would have appreciated being informed to avoid an unnecessary trip.

Very poor experience with this business. Purchased a groupon voucher, but it was impossible to actually get ahold of anyone to make a booking and their website isn't set up sufficiently to process vouchers. I received 0 response to my voicemails or emails.
