I attended my appointment this morning, which had been confirmed by email and followed by a reminder. Upon arrival, the clinic was closed with a notice on the door. Unfortunately, I received no prior communication about the closure. I would have appreciated being informed to avoid an unnecessary trip.
Great treatments and products at this salon. Got dermaplaning facial with Ima and now trying laser genesis. Fantastic and full of knowledge about skin treatments!!

Very poor experience with this business. Purchased a groupon voucher, but it was impossible to actually get ahold of anyone to make a booking and their website isn't set up sufficiently to process vouchers. I received 0 response to my voicemails or emails.
