Pleasantly surprised with how quick and painless it was. The treatment itself took less than 5 minutes too! I had my first ever cosmetic treatment done for my jawline, and the doctor and staff were so friendly. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience! Initially, I was quite anxious and nervous about the whole thing, but they reassured me by taking their time to educate me with the treatments and aftercare. They were also happy to explain and answer any questions I had, before and after the treatment. I'm more than happy and impressed by their professionalism!

Such a great experience today at Skin Club Cosmetic Doctors. Dr Vi was warm, friendly & extremely professional. We had a few laughs during the consultation as he thoroughly explained technique, risks and how to get me a natural result. So impressed with my filler and how he listened to my thoughts and concerns. Could not recommend them enough! Also grabbed some of their Vit C Serum from the skincare range which is a lovely consistency. All in all - great service. Looking forward to coming back x

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.V yesterday. He took a lot of time to discuss my needs and wants and I was made to feel comfortable and heard the whole time. The clinic is lovely with a homely feel, the staff are lovely and I enjoyed the personal touches like hot tea and being able to choose your own music during treatment. Thank you so much Dr V and team - can't wait to see you again!

Professional and great service. I saw Dr Vi. He was really reassuring and I didn’t feel pressured in any way or made to feel bad about myself like so many places do. He was efficient with an engaging personality as were the other staff. I felt really confident and then was blown away by their follow up. They care about their clients, not just the $’s they bring in. Prices and risks discussed thoroughly Would recommend without hesitation based on my visit.

Would highly advise against this clinic. I had severe complications with dermal filler that led to tissue necrosis of the nose and I was rushed to the Alfred Hospital for a week of Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy. A warning to all those who are considering seeing Dr Vi, please do your research properly!
