The staff at Skin Fairy are lovely and the atmosphere is great. I was seeking help for redness, pigmentation, dryness. Over +6 months, I fully committed to regular in-clinic treatments, two IPL sessions, and went all in on an extensive and wildly expensive at home care routine following it religiously day and night for 9 months. Unfortunately, after spending several thousands of dollars, I saw no improvement at all, not even to dryness and there was no pigment or redness response from the laser treatments either. I understand that everyone’s skin is unique, which is why I trusted the experts and followed the tailored treatment plan consistently for the best part of a year. This is just a different perspective and a heads-up for others considering such a significant investment.

My first visit to The Skin Fairy and I am delighted and already so invested. Beautiful warm welcome, a full investigative chat into my skin history, an incredible treatment. Loved the details: the bed, the hot towels, the knowledge, the kindness and the therapeutic approach delivered with professionalism and absolute intent. A moment for the epic playlist too! I have the most amazing experience each and every time i visit the girls at Skin Fairy! the girls are so professional and have such a warm manner about them which creates such a good experience! All the fairies are so knowledgeable and make you feel so welcome! will forever come back for treatments!!

Leah is amazing! I go to Skin Fairy monthly and it's my favourite time. So informative, my skin has improved soooo much & Leah is the best to chat too. Love everything about skin fairy!!!

Alyssa is amazing! Shes so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. It’s such a beautiful and relaxing space. You can tell lots of thought has been put into the little details (Especially the amazing smell of the hot towels 😍). Overall I would definitely recommend Skin Fairy, as it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had with skin treatments. Looking forward to visiting again.
