A very friendly and professional team. Dr Angela Webb did a brilliant job of completing a minor surgery to eliminate a potential "nasty" on my temple and the end result is barely visible. I highly recommend the SHI for professional and thorough monitoring and treatment.

Despite having skin cancer on my nose, this place is lovely to visit because of the warm and professional staff, clean and comfortable waiting area with tea and coffee provided. Dr Edward Upjohn is a highly skilled and kind dermatological surgeon - highly recommend.

Several months ago after waiting several months for an appointment and quite a few hundred dollars later I saw prof Stephen Gilmore for a pigmentation issue and a lump under my eye. Communication was poor, an examination performed, and his assessment was ‘sun damage’, not as I feared, vitiligo. As to the lump ‘ come back in 6 months’ and will remove. That was it. No discussion no information. Sought a 2nd opinion when the condition worsened and tissue samples were taken, the lump diagnosed (and cannot simply be removed) and I was treated with compassion and respect and given information. Professional thorough assessment and ultimate the diagnosis of vitiligo was made! Months wasted towards a diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Avoid this professor. Would recommend Dr Poon, Chroma dermatology.

Good experience. Everyone are helpfully and care for you from day one. Post op follow up is above expectation Plastic and reconstruction of the ear is completed to the point of perfection. Thank you from Tony M. And when you think they can be any better , they proved me wrong Just had some conversation with Dr Tran who perform mi operation, following up on follow up. I felt cared for not only as a patient but as person by this doctor and the staff. Highly recomened to see them in time where help is needed.
