Already an expensive process to look after the health of your skin in our sunny country but it is essential. Now, this business has slugged the clients with the bank fees. This is a doctors surgery and they are charging for the ‘luxury’ of tapping your card to pay for it. This is a business cost not something we should be paying for you. We are in a cost of living environment and you are stressing your patients with unnecessary fees.

Checked out the website and saw they have an Ellman Surgitron so I emailed last week to enquire. I received no response so I thought I'd call. Not only do they advertise a product they don't offer, their receptionist was incredibly flat and blunt in my opinion. Disappointing and won't be seeking other services from Skin HQ.
