I have started seeing Vienn recently after a year of debilitating QL pain. All I can say is she is extremely knowledgeable and gentle and was able to pin point my issues from the first appointment. I went to Northbridge Skin and Medical as a last ditch effort to help get rid of my acne before my wedding day and boy did I get there just in time! The doctor was very informative and gave me options for my skin outside of just the pill and roaccutane which was the Avi clear laser and explained all options in detail. I also walked away from my first appointment with a detailed skin care routine to follow leading up to and into my appointments. We did the Avi clear laser, chemical peels and laser genesis. The nurse was amazing and very kind and informative. Over the course of 3 months my skin has improved greatly and now one month after my last treatment I have no acne cysts on my skin at all! My skin is smooth to the touch and no bumps can be felt. Only the red scars left behind - which can be treated now. I could not recommend this place enough and am so grateful to have my confidence in my skin back! Thank you so much!
It wd be good if it was told earlier that it’s a seperate building than northbridge medical center and I wish my child Medicare claim was done at counter as it gets done in another private billling. Rest all top notch - the doctor, the receptionist and the facility.
The doctor and nurse were so considerate. I've never felt this way before. They were very helpful. I'm not good at English, but they gave me a lot of information. The subsequent consultation was arranged very well. Thank you very much.
