Stef is amazing! Not only in her profession, knowledge and understanding of all things skin resquing and restoring, she's also caring and empathetic towards her clients. She took a gentler and soothing approach with my Treatment today because i was not feeling 100%, she listened to my needs and acted with care and gentleness, which i really appreciated and needed. Bailey has been wonderful working with me on my skin journey over the past few months. She is the best Skin Therapist I have been to and explains the treatment process and what to expect and gives you little techniques to help you manage some of the treatments that are on the more uncomfortable side. Highly recommended and very happy with my treatments to date.

I recently visited Skin ResQ for a skin consultation and took up Ashleigh's incredible offer for new clients—which includes a complimentary Healite LED treatment, hand and arm massage, and an enzyme exfoliation when booking a skin consultation. The consult itself is $150 and redeemable on the day, making this an absolute value-packed experience. But beyond the generous offer, what stood out most was the genuine care and attention to detail from the team. Warm, friendly, and attentive, exactly what you'd hope for (and more) from a clinic like this. Bailey was a full bottle on all things skin—taking the time to walk me through at-home care, in-clinic treatments, and personalised tips for my specific concerns. I walked away not just feeling like I'd taken time for myself, but genuinely educated about what my skin actually needs. Turns out, there’s an art to skincare, the right products, the right order, AM vs PM… all the things I had been getting wrong for years! A heartfelt thank you to Bailey and the entire Skin ResQ team for making my ‘mini me time’ so enjoyable. I’m excited to begin my skin journey with you.

I’ve just started dermapen with Nat and I’m already impressed with the results so far. Nat was very thorough and tailored it perfectly to my skin concerns. She explained each step of the way and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Afterwards Nat was very informative with the aftercare protocol and with the products will be best suited for me to use at home. I look forward to more treatments and recommend her to anyone looking for a great therapist.
