Bailey has been wonderful working with me on my skin journey over the past few months. Bailey was a full bottle on all things skin—taking the time to walk me through at-home care, in-clinic treatments, and personalised tips for my specific concerns. I walked away not just feeling like I'd taken time for myself, but genuinely educated about what my skin actually needs. Turns out, there’s an art to skincare, the right products, the right order, AM vs PM… all the things I had been getting wrong for years! I’ve just started dermapen with Nat and I’m already impressed with the results so far. Nat was very thorough and tailored it perfectly to my skin concerns. She explained each step of the way and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Afterwards Nat was very informative with the aftercare protocol and with the products will be best suited for me to use at home.
