The group is consultation-first. A cosmetic consultation is a complimentary 30 minutes with a registered nurse who assesses the whole face for structure, surface and volume and writes down a plan, including what to leave alone; a $50 reservation fee is credited to the visit or refunded. Cosmetic areas covered are lines and expression, under-eye rejuvenation, volume and lift, lip enhancement, chin and jawline, facial contouring, facial slimming, skin boosters and excessive sweating. Prescription treatments are prescribed by a doctor after a real-time consultation, and under Australian advertising rules the site does not name or price them.
Skin and laser prices are published in full and are the same at every clinic: skin needling from $275 a session or $650 for a course of three, peels, LED therapy, hydrodermabrasion facials, radiofrequency and ultrasound skin tightening, IPL, Q-Switch laser for stubborn pigment and tattoo removal, Erbium YAG resurfacing and laser hair removal. The Inner Circle membership is $100 a month with no lock-in and includes a monthly peel or facial, an LED session and $50 of banked clinic credit.

My initial consultation with Carly was very thorough. She assessed my skin and really listened to my concerns. She gave me all options including a long term plan.
