Amazing and clean clinic in a central location - the head spa felt like heaven. All the staff were so friendly and professional - the head, neck and arm massage from Millie was perfect. Highly recommend!

This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. I arrived about 15 minutes late to my appointment due to difficulty finding parking. As soon as I had reception, I phoned the business to let them know I was running late. When I arrived, the owner, Maggie, spoke to me in a very rude and confrontational way while I was trying to explain the situation. What surprised me most was the complete lack of empathy or professionalism. When I expressed that I was unhappy with how I was being spoken to and requested a refund, my request was simply ignored. The situation became uncomfortable enough that another customer had to step in before things calmed down. Eventually I was able to be seen by the therapist, but the interaction with the owner left a very negative impression. As a paying client, you expect basic courtesy and respect, even if you are running late. Unfortunately this experience made me feel that customer care is not a priority here. I would recommend others consider this before booking.

What an amazing place! The consultants and front desk staff are all fantastic, and the injector is absolutely outstanding by far. I never expected to get such incredible service and results in Sydney. I’ll definitely come back for all my beauty needs from now on, and you guys should totally give Sky Beauty a go too!

Just had a microneedling session focused on my neck and beardline, and I’m honestly impressed. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the process was smoother than I thought just a slight prickle here and there, nothing too uncomfortable. A couple days in, my skin already feels firmer and looks more even, especially around the beard area where I usually get some bumps or texture. The redness faded quickly, and I’m definitely seeing a healthier glow. If you’re thinking about it for skin texture or ingrowns, it’s worth a try. (Photo is from right after the treatment)
