First visit to SM Aesthetics Lab today and couldn't be happier with the experience. Jen was my nurse and she was an absolute legend — super knowledgeable, talked me through the whole process, and made what could have been a nerve-wracking first visit feel completely easy. I'll definitely be coming back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jen and the team to anyone. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Nurse Seph at SM Aesthetic more highly. From the very first appointment, she has demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge and professionalism, and genuine kindness and warmth that immediately puts you at ease. What truly sets her apart is her holistic and bespoke approach. She takes the time to listen carefully to my personal concerns, explain options clearly, and tailor each treatment specifically to me rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I always feel heard, respected, and completely cared for. I’ve been a regular customer for several years after a close friend—who knows me well—recommended Nurse Maddy. And honestly, she is one of a kind. She’s incredibly caring, warm, and funny, while also being extremely knowledgeable about skin and always happy to give honest, expert advice. I haven't been for a facial for a long time and got Claude AI to recommend the best place locally which would send me home feeling great. And boy did SM deliver! I had lovely Nurse Seph who explained everything and helped me plan an achievable routine for the future - but was never pushy! And I might add, I was able to enjoy the whole experience unhurried and without any sales talk about products. I have already booked to go back in a month and this will definitely become a regular thing.

I went to see Seph for a skin treatment recently. She really cares about her clients and takes the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable and feeling calm. I would highly recommend Seph for skin treatments you are considering. She will also give you a consultation and only recommend things based on what suits you. The clinic itself is beautiful and modern. Love this clinic
