I had such a wonderful facial with Dee - she was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and really took the time to tailor everything to my skin. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed, and the results spoke for themselves, that I had to rush back to buy their package and re-book. I also have to mention how responsive and communicative the team is. Booking and follow-ups were seamless, with such quick and prompt replies every single time (Chelsea, I believe - thank you!). It makes such a difference when you feel looked after from even before you start to finish. The space itself is stunning - clean, calm, and beautiful, with an aesthetic that honestly made me feel like I was back in Greece. Such a lovely atmosphere to relax in. I’m especially grateful to have found a high-quality, reasonably priced beauty clinic here in Geelong. Being originally from Melbourne, I was still driving back to Collins Street because I couldn’t find the same standard locally - until now. So glad I finally have somewhere I trust closer to home. Highly recommend. Thanks for looking after me. 🤍

Over the last six weeks I have had two CO2 laser treatments to my face. I was understandably a little anxious initially about what the procedure entailed but it was explained well at my first meeting with all my questions answered! Chelsea has performed both procedures & I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! All staff are extremely professional & I’m excited about the results! Thank you

​I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had two tooth gems applied, but the workmanship was very poor, with an excessive amount of visible glue left around the gems. ​When I went back to address the messy application, I was told they couldn’t remove them and that I had to go to a dentist instead. This resulted in me paying even more out-of-pocket just to fix their mistake. ​The lack of management has been the most frustrating part. I was promised a callback from a manager on three separate occasions, but they never followed through. To make matters worse, I still haven't heard from a manager, yet staff members have reached out to ask me to remove this review because they feel it is "damaging to the business." ​If the business is concerned about its reputation, they should focus on resolving the issue and communicating with the customer rather than trying to hide honest feedback. Between the poor quality, the lack of accountability, and the extra dental fees, this has been an expensive lesson. Save your money and go elsewhere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing clinic and even better results! The team at St James Aesthetics Geelong are extremely knowledgeable and tailored everything to my skin goals. The treatment was comfortable, the clinic is stunning, and I’ve already noticed a visible difference in my skin. Highly recommend if you want real results and a high-end experience.

St James Aesthetics Geelong is hands down the best aesthetic clinic I’ve been to. The clinic is stunning and feels so luxe, but still warm and welcoming. The team are incredibly professional and make you feel comfortable straight away. My results have been amazing and I’ll definitely be returning.
