Great doctors who care. The admin’ staff are organised. Quickly in and out the door- no fuss. An important check in Australian climate and I feel like they really look after you. Let’s face it, no one is excited for skin checks but the staff make this a much easier and friendly process.
I'm glad that SunDoctors were recommended to me. They picked up a problem spot on my leg and it was dealt with promptly. The staff are so helpful and I felt that I was in good hands from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained throughout the process. Highly recommended.
Extremely infuriating appointment system. They spam you with SMS reminders twice a day, EVERY SINGLE DAY. Yes I know I have an appointment, you don't have to keep reminding me TWICE A DAY EVERY SINGLE DAY. Cancelled my appointment just because I found this so damn infuriating.
The staff at SunDoctors are exceptional. Courteous, welcoming, friendly, efficient, polite. The continuing care I receive from Dr Wei Yen is excellent. I feel very confident placing my well being in his very capable hands.
