New client but impressed. Had a doctors recommendation after being rushed through appointments and charged a bomb by a previous doctor, told to rebook in nine months for further advice as she was busy and then discovered I had been given wrong treatment! Went to Dr Agar who is thorough and quick. But most importantly for when something happened post appointment, twice, she responded asap with expert advice . Very impressed with her and the nursing staff who went out of their way to help when another issue occurred. Best tip however is to arrive early to get a park as all my appointments have been bang on time.

This place is professional, but does not forget about the individual and their experience in the process. From the time I called to make a booking, then to talking face to face with reception staff…I just felt like they genuinely cared about me as a person. Dr Ming honestly did everything possible to help me personally & support staff such as Fin went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I hope this feedback shows my gratitude to the whole team for what they did for me & how thankful I am for the whole experience. I would recommend this medical practice to anyone who needs help in any way.

It must be well over 20 years I’ve been attending Sydney Skin on a regular basis for skin checks along with other concerns including a complicated surgery requiring several operations and constant monitoring . My very first appointment was with Dr Howes and in the last six years with Dr. Satchell and Dr. Kotronskis (kind, knowledgeable and skilled gifted practitioners). The words “Thank you” doesn’t really convey the depths of my gratitude to the doctors, nurses and reception staff at Sydney Skin . I have always felt welcomed and supported and left my appointments feeling at ease and secure in advice I have been given.

Over the past 12 months of treatment I’ve had nothing but amazingly supportive and positive experiences at Sydney Skin. The doctors, nurses and support staff there are all amazing. What a lovely, kind group of people. Would recommend!!!

Dr Li chuen Wong is amazing, as a young man I’ve always struggled with confidence when it comes to my skin, after some sessions with Li chuen my skin has never looked so good, have recommended this practice to multiple of my friends in the same position and can confidently say Sydney skin has helped us all immensely. If you can book with Li chuen Wong, I would strongly recommend that you do!!
