The service and experience I have had at the Beauty and Cosmetic Clinic only after 2 visits have been exceptional. I only recently stumbled across functional medicine and I am very grateful I did. Dr Bitlan has a genuine sense of care and passion trying to get to the root cause of my health complaints. The space is inviting, calm and everyone is so helpful and nice, you don’t feel like you are in a medical clinic. I recently had to go in for an emergency iron infusion and they were very accommodating, seeing me on the same day Dr Bitlan delivered the results. Rene, the clinic manager stayed with me throughout the infusion as she knew i was feeling apprehensive about the procedure. It is still nice and reassuring to know that in a modern, fast paced, chaotic world we live in people still go the extra mile to make that difference. I’m still at the beginning of my functional medicine journey but I am confident I will find answers. I would highly recommend Dr Bitlan and her clinic to anyone wanting to explore a new approach to medicine.

From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt like home. Practice Manager Rene and the whole team are warm, genuine, and make you feel completely at ease. I had facial harmonisation with Dr. Bitlan, and she was amazing gentle, professional, and skilled. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered natural, beautiful results❤️ Highly recommend!

My wife had gone there some time ago and had a good experience with Bernadette, only issue was that we found out that the price she had paid was significantly more than anywhere else for the loose skin hifu treatment. So she is happy but will not be back due to the price 3.5 stars

I rarely make reviews, but my experience at this Sydney beauty clinic compelled me to share. I recently underwent their EZ Gel treatment for my undereyes, and I'm genuinely thrilled with the results. They're one of the few clinics offering this innovative treatment, which immediately caught my attention. From my initial consultation, Dr. Bitlan impressed me with her extensive knowledge and professionalism. She thoroughly explained how EZ Gel works, even giving me a brief overview of skin anatomy, which I really appreciated. I shared my concerns about my undereyes looking tired and my desire for rejuvenation. Dr. Bitlan confirmed I was a good candidate for EZ Gel and also wisely recommended undereye laser to address hemoglobin buildup, a common issue. The laser treatment was expertly performed by Alla. I've now had my first session for both EZ Gel and the laser, and I'm genuinely happy with how my undereyes are looking already. What truly solidified my positive experience was Alla's honesty regarding the laser sessions. I was initially scheduled for two, but after assessing my progress, she recommended against the second session, explaining it wouldn't make a significant difference. Beyond the excellent treatments, I also want to commend the entire staff, especially Hannah. Her care for patients is truly impressive, adding another layer of comfort and confidence to the whole experience. What truly sets this clinic apart is their approach. They are incredibly knowledgeable and, refreshingly, not "money hungry." There was no pressure to purchase unnecessary products or undergo additional treatments that wouldn't genuinely benefit me. It's clear they prioritize their clients' well-being and desired outcomes over pushing sales. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking effective and honest beauty treatments in Sydney.
