I’ve been seeing Dr Wong at The Cosmetic Laser and Skin Cancer Clinic for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He first treated me for very minor acne when I was in my late teens, and more recently I returned after developing adult acne. Throughout every visit, Dr Wong has always been incredibly understanding, straightforward, and thorough. He takes the time to actually explain what’s going on with your skin and your treatment options, without ever making you feel rushed or judged. What I really appreciate is how professional he is while still being warm and easy to talk to — it makes appointments feel comfortable rather than clinical or intimidating. You genuinely feel listened to, and that makes such a difference. The experience at the clinic as a whole is just as positive. His wife and the reception ladies are all absolutely lovely — welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. It’s the sort of place where you feel remembered and looked after from the moment you walk in. I trust Dr Wong completely and wouldn’t consider going to another skin clinic. If you’re looking for expert care with a personal, reassuring touch, I can’t recommend him and the clinic highly enough.

Seen Dr Wong for the first time to get skin cancer check. I’ve had skin cancer checks in the past, found Dr Wong is way more interested in actually checking your skin. Ensuring he has gone over every part properly; taking time. Gracious, cared, professional and not just a number. Explains everything to you in great detail. Bit of a comedian too, not afraid to crack jokes. Still professional. Loved that, had a good laugh which is important to me. I was about 5 mins late to the appointment & was suppose to be there 15 minutes prior to fill in forms. Rang the ladies an hour to, to let them know. The ladies were SO gracious about it. Still seen me straight away after filling in the forms & treated me as above. Thankyou to the team and Dr Wong 🙏🙏

Dr Wong is amazing and removed a giant B.C.C. from my neck last week and the scar blends in with my jawline. Dr Wong makes you feel very comfortable and love his sense of humour, and serious side too! Your his number one priority and after searching for the right doctor (after seeing 3 others whom I was not happy with their bedside manners) I chose Dr Wong for a consultation because his reviews were outstanding, and for a change they were accurate! Janet and Kath and Heidi are friendly and helpful throughout the whole process- thank you! Even though I have a DVA goldcard I'd rather pay for a quality excision than opt for being just a number. Thanks Dr Wong, my being a Registered Nurse back in the day (old school) appreciates true professionalism. 😊

I had the most incredible experience with Doctor Wong and the lovely ladies at the counter. From consultation to procedure, they were professional, kind and non-judgmental which is a dime a dozen these days. The care Dr.Wong took with my face is unmatched, I am so happy. I could not recommend the practice enough!

Every time I have come in, reception has called to let me know they're running early! What a refreshing change of pace for healthcare. Dr Wong is very friendly and experienced, he put me in a calm and talkative social state of mind even as he cut me up.
