I had a wonderful experience with Emma at the clinic. She was super lovely and made me feel completely at ease from the start. Emma took the time to clearly explain the entire Botox process, guided me on what would be best to start with, and answered all my questions patiently. I really appreciated how attentive and professional she was, especially her plan to monitor the progress over the next two weeks and follow up with additional injections if needed. Her care and attention to detail truly made the experience positive and reassuring. Highly recommend her!

I had the most incredible experience seeing the beautiful Emma for my first treatment ever. She was SO lovely, knowledgeable, and ran me through all my different options so I felt informed and comfortable with my treatment plan. I was so well looked after during and after the treatment, plus the results are better than I could have imagined - I truly couldn't recommend these girls more to anyone xx

I would highly recommend Jess and The Louve team. I’ve always booked myself in with Jess for my treatments, as I’ve always found her so knowledgeable, professional and so lovely. I feel so safe being treated by Jess, which was important for me when doing anything face related. 10/10 service!!

Elly and Jess are the friendliest most professional people! Always so kind and lovely you feel like you’re just talking to a friend! Very thorough and explain things so well! The new space is also beautiful and welcoming!
