I had a scalp treatment and deep cleansing facial at The One Skin Lab, and the overall experience was excellent. Before the treatment, there was a very professional skin and scalp analysis. The therapist tailored the treatment based on my actual condition rather than pushing unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The scalp treatment was extremely relaxing and left my scalp feeling clean and refreshed. The deep cleansing facial was thorough, removing excess oil and impurities effectively. My skin felt smoother and looked much clearer and healthier after the session. The environment is clean, calm, and comfortable, and the staff are attentive and professional throughout. Highly recommended if you’re looking for high-quality skin and scalp treatments in Sydney!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I always have an amazing experience, the atmosphere is peaceful, clean treatment rooms, professional and kind staff. I have dry skin and the Skinceutical and Faith Collagen facial always works for me. I highly recommend Lucia, she’s professional, super friendly, informative and does a wonderful job!! Their scalp treatment is also very relaxing and leaves my hair soft! Sasha is sweet and does a great job!! Would recommend the QVB branch!!

Came to The One Skin lab in the city branch with my bestie for the first time to try their 'One Sleep Spa', which included head and shoulder massage as well as ear candling which felt so comfortable and relaxing. Elaine was such a professional person, her massage techniques was very gentle but effective. I felt so relieved and my muscles felt so relaxed after the treatment. Definitely come back again to try out their other service next.

I had a wonderful facial with Elaine. She’s very skillful and gentle, and her massage technique is exceptional. The whole experience was relaxing and my skin looked so much brighter and smoother after the treatment— will definitely come back again!

I had the Planet Venus customized scalp treatment done by Chloe (if I remember her name correctly). She is so lovely! She explained really well about my scalp condition, which treatment she recommended and also answered my questions. They also give you a collagen shot and some snacks to end your treatment. My scalp now feels clean.
