Amazing! So relaxing. Hong was gorgeous and made me feel so comfortable and she was so sweet. The rooms are spacious and warm. I loved my experience here with the zen hot oil treatment and my skin feels amazing and smooth. It’s nice to find a treatment a little bit different to your standard massage or facial. I’ll definitely be back to try the scalptial next time!

The infrared sauna experience was incredibly relaxing and a real highlight. Having the sauna and shower to yourself for a full hour felt luxurious and private, and it set a wonderful tone for the appointment. The massage, however, didn’t fully meet my expectations. I had noted on my consultation form that I wanted to focus on a specific area, which wasn’t addressed. Another area did need attention (which the therapist noticed), so I didn’t raise it during the session. A brief check-in at the start to confirm focus areas and preferred pressure would have helped ensure we were aligned. At the end of the treatment, I was invited to leave a Google review and hear about additional services. While I understand the value of collecting feedback and suggesting services tailored to each client, I felt somewhat pressured and would have valued a few quiet moments to enjoy the tea and unwind before talking about reviews or future bookings. Overall, I would still recommend the sauna for a relaxing and private experience.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I walked out feeling like a completely new woman. From the moment I arrived, Dong greeted me warmly and took the time to walk me through each step of the service I’d chosen. She checked in about massage firmness and thoughtfully asked if I was claustrophobic before explaining the drip mask, which immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience feel very considered and personal. The scalp cleanse and massage were next level. It’s an experience I’d recommend to everyone. Deeply relaxing, almost transcendent, and unlike anything I’ve had before. The firm face massage was an unexpected highlight. It eased the tightness in my jaw and left my face looking noticeably slimmer and more relaxed. My scalp is still tingling, my hair feels incredibly soft, fresh, and cleaner than I can remember it ever being.
