My appointment was scheduled for a date 6 months after my Dr's referral was received and 'triaged'. I called to ask why my condition did not warrant an earlier appointment and they said 'because the Dr did not class it as urgent' so, fair enough I guess. They offered to put me on a waiting list and then 3 months later I got a call and was offered an appointment the next day. The appointment email from the centre has a clause "If you are late by arriving more than 5 minutes through your allocated time, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be asked to provide a deposit to secure the next appointment. This is to ensure we do not compromise on the quality and timely care provided to other patients, and we do run strictly to this policy." I arrived 30 minutes early and was escorted to the waiting area. 20 minutes later someone asked who I was and said "Oh he won't be long". An additional 25 minutes after that my scheduled 'appointment' time was nearly over yet I had not even met the 'Dr' and remained sitting in the same waiting area. I walked to reception and asked why they have a strict policy for clients (not to be 5 minutes or more late) yet they do not even have the courtesy to explain to a client why the 'Dr' has not bothered to commence the appointment. They did not even respond, no explanation, no apology so I told them to forget it and walked out. The statement about them not wanting to compromise on the quality and timely care provided to patients is, at least in my case, totally meaningless.

Dr Michael is just wonderful. He has a lovely bedside manner and is a wealth of knowledge. He also prioritised two of my children with the urgent treatment of birth marks when they were born. Highly recommend his expertise!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Andrew Freeman for our skin checks for years and he is fantastic. Very thorough, experienced, friendly and a great communicator. He also helped me clear up my type 2 rosacea acne.

This clinic has been the best experience for me. The reception staff go above and beyond to help you, are considerably understanding and kind. The Dr's have been extremely helpful. I have seen Dr Warren and Dr Freeman and I can't thank them both enough for everything they have done and continue to do for me, to ensure the best possible outcome for my concerns.

This was my first visit to The Skin Centre and came via a recommendation. Dr Andrew Freeman was incredible. I immediately felt comfortable and his explanation of what was to happen and the many options available to me helped put me at ease. I cannot speak more highly of Dr Freeman and the staff I interacted with.
