After a not so pleasant consultation elsewhere, I came across Think Again. I booked in last minute for an appointment (Saturday evening) and had a response early Sunday morning to be seen that day. Handy! My consultation with Laura was vastly different to the one I had the previous day. I was made to feel comfortable and was educated on laser tattoo removal, how it works, the lasers they use etc. never once was I pushed, it felt like they genuinely cared for my experience and did not have a sales agenda. I had my first session that day, and have since had 3 more sessions. Both ladies are friendly, professional and make you as comfortable as they can through the process. I highly, highly recommend. They are well trained, regularly upskilled, they use high level equipment, are passionate about what they do and proud of the company they work for.
From the moment I met Laura I knew I was going to have a positive experience! The whole process was explained in detail and risks discussed. I could not be happier with the result after just 2 sessions for removing my ombré brows, almost completely gone and what is left looks like it will fade out. They explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients results. Highly recommend them to anyone considering tattoo removal.
Removing an unwanted tattoo can be a very daunting process, but my experience at Think Again has been amazing. I see Laura for my removal and she is so caring and knowledgeable about the whole process as well as the results I can expect. I was nervous going into my initial sessions but Laura immediately put me at ease and i’ve seen great results on a stubborn tattoo. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering removing their own tattoos!!
I am still undergoing treatments, which have been so successful so far, however the star of this place is the lovely staff! As soon as I started my laser journey with think again, I have been met with nothing but encouragement and support. They are always so excited to see the progress and celebrate each milestone, which make me even more excited! This is the only tattoo removal place I would recommend and come back to. Thanks guys🥰
