I’m so happy I’ve discovered the Tranquil Essence! Now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is amazing, very caring and highly trained. Thank you so much Yolanda and Monique, you’re the best! I’ve done quite a few procedures in this clinic over some months and I also used cosmetic nurse services. Yulia is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and precise in her techniques. Now I look and feel great! Totally love this place and don’t mind a long drive across the town, it definitely worth it! Thank you so much ❤️

5 stars is not enough! This salon is more than just beauty, it is an experience. The care, time, and effort put into every appointment makes you feel valued, not rushed. I felt listened to, understood, and completely spoiled. I walked out glowing inside and out. Hands down the best beauty experience I have had and I will never go anywhere else ❤️

Update! They are scammers. Admitted that my treatment needed to be redone then cancelled it 3 days before appointment although appointment was made 9 weeks earlier. I have requested my money back and no none will respond now. I’ve done my research and the hifu machine they use is dated not new and 14 clinics I have spoken to have said that the treatment should take 1-1.5 hours Not 17 min. I got zero results and paid $400 cash and they won’t give me a receipt as requested. Fair trade and the beauty governing bodies are now being contacted. DO NOT GO HERE I purchased a deal that was supposed to be $800 reduced to $399 HIFU 12D MPT Full Face Treatment HIFU 12D MPT Jowls Treatment Full Face Microdermabrasion Expert Analysis Consultation The lady was really nice her name was grace but my treatment only went for 20 min in total for the micro and hifu. I did question why it is was so quick and was told it was a medical grade machine so that’s all you can do. But my friend who works in another clinic said that there is no way I will get results. I guess I’ll wait and see.

The stomach exfoliation treatment was excellent. The staff explained each step clearly, and I could feel the difference immediately after smoother, softer skin and a fresh, polished feel. Great service and lovely atmosphere

Beware! Had to report to police. The salon took my deposit online and when I showed up for the treatment the machine didnt work. Was promised my deposit would be returned, its now been 6 months and still no refund. When trying to follow up the owner ignored my messages, emails, calls. I also filled complaint to consumer law and she told them theres nothing they can do about it because a deposit is too small to take to court (the cheek of it! Clearly not the first time shes ripped people off). No apology for driving all the way there for treatment not able to be preformed due to faulty machine AND then steals my hard earned money. Disgustingly unprofessional. How you can justify keeping my money when your at fault is beyond me and even the police officers handling the report you are disgraceful, not how we do things in Australia. If your going to run a business dont be a scamming thief. Buyer Beware stay away at all costs!!
