I’ve been using this service for over 1year. While my kids back to school, I came here for another skin treatment session. From the moment I stepped in, the calm ambiance and warm greeting made me feel relaxed. Their Facial treatment make my skin felt so soft and glowing, Linda who done my facial was very gentle and professional this place never disappoints every visit. It’s perfect for recharging after school holiday. Not just skincare; it’s self-care at its finest. Highly recommend for anyone needing a mental and skin refresh!!!

I had the most wonderful experience at W Skin Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I opted for a facial treatment, and Linda was knowledgeable and attentive, explaining the process step by step. My skin has never looked better—it's glowing, smooth, and feels rejuvenated. Very disappointing experience with one of the staff members (Caucasian lady). I’m not sure of her name, but her unwelcoming behaviour genuinely made me feel like I shouldn’t have entered the store. I arrived at around quarter to 6 and rang the bell as instructed by the sign on the door. She seemed visibly annoyed that I followed the instruction and was quite rude to me in front of another customer. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but that shouldn’t be taken out on customers. It left a very poor impression and made me not want to return.

I had a fantastic experience at W skin Clinic! The facial cleansing treatment was especially impressive — very thorough and professionally done. The staff are skilled and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic is clean, hygienic, and the overall environment is relaxing. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Highly recommended!
