I had really good experience today at Zhen Skin Clinic. I had Thermage Flx done. Fay looked after me really professionally, pay attention to details, explain every Lil steps, made me felt so realx and well looked after. The Clinic itself has good atmosphere and felt really welcoming. I would recommend this place 👌

It was a great overall treatment experience. The team showed strong professionalism and expertise. I previously had a combo package including Thermage, Murad Hydra, Juvelook, and Vivace RF, which helped treat my large pores, fine lines, and facial lifting. The results are amazing and clearly visible in my appearance. Although it is pricey, it is definitely worth it. Frena: As my facial consultant, she was very patient in explaining every detail clearly and helping me choose the most suitable treatment for the best results. She is also a Thermage therapist. My cheek lines and eye wrinkles were substantially reduced, and the results are very obvious. Wen: The Juvelook and Vivace RF therapist. Her technique was excellent. My pores are getting smaller, my skin looks brighter, and my dark circles have visibly lightened. Helen: The Murad Hydra therapist. My skin felt well-hydrated, and my pores looked smaller with results visible immediately. Her massage technique was comfortable and professional. The front desk staff are friendly, polite, and welcoming. Thankyou for overall, I will coming again.

Frena was always friendly, educating and she is very patient in answering all questions I have. I had Thermage FLX done and the whole process was pleasant. The girls at the front are friendly and always happy to help as well. When I call to ask questions they got back to me as soon as they can. Thank you Zhen Clinic and I definitely will go back.

My therapist was Olivia, and I had my first PicoSure laser treatment with her. Her attention to detail was incredible. After just two weeks, I noticed such a big improvement in my skin. My main concerns were pigmentation, large pores, and overall dullness, and my skin now looks brighter, smoother, and so refreshed. I honestly can’t stop looking at my face in the mirror, it’s giving that glowy, glass-skin look. Even my friends have been commenting on my glow.
