I want to start with the staff are super sweet and very good! In fact the Second Lady who came in to stick me as able to get my wrist vein which is pretty hard from past experiences. Now the space, it needs an update, upon entering it smelled like wet dog. I expected a place that sticks you and where infection can happen to be cleaner. The waiting room chairs are very dirty. As I waited a woman brought a dog in that wasn’t a service dog and so again cleanliness. The private rooms were nice. The chairs were comfy, the massage aspect was very noisy and not worth using. And lastly I would prefer my bag to be injected to where I can see they put in what I paid for. Most places I’ve seen them add the vitamins. Maybe Franklin is cleaner and nicer aesthetically. If all you care about it an IV and great staff then it’s great!

I had Microneedling done last week with Bella. It was my first time having this service done, and she did a great job of explaining each step and what to expect. Bella did a great job with the application of numbing cream. I didn’t experience any discomfort (I actually found the experience rather relaxing)! It’s been a week and I am thrilled with my results already. I could not be happier with the entire experience. Bella is professional and so knowledgeable about skin. I am looking forward to my second appointment and recommend you schedule Microneedling with her ASAP if you’ve ever considered having it done.

We received a last minute service for an acute illness for my aunt who had to get on a plane to fly back to California. Jayme went above and beyond to take care of her (even providing a “house call” since she felt too sick to make it to the clinic) and we are extremely grateful! We would highly recommend this clinic and absolutely LOVE Jayme! Thank you - she is already feeling better!

I visited 61five Health and Wellness Center for a hydration IV and was disappointed with the level of care. After starting the IV, the nurse said he would return to check on me but never did. I used the buzzer multiple times with no response and eventually had to call the front desk for assistance. By that time, the IV had finished, there was blood visible in the IV line, and my arm had started to go numb, which was concerning. The lack of monitoring and delayed response made me feel unattended during a procedure that requires proper supervision. I hope this feedback helps improve patient care and attentiveness.

The Rns/NPs and Carley are so very attentive and happy to make your day better. Codey is such a joy to talk to, I could talk to him for hours. I come all the way from Hermitage and Im usually in and out in less than 10mins every single time. What I enjoy most, the weight loss and energy options. I love the fact that they will not allow you to make a mistake and choose a combination that could potentially be harmful because in the beginning, I wanted to try it all.
