Save your money. I signed up for skin tightening services after losing a lot of weight. Paid 2000 dollars upfront. Gave a lecture on how important it was to come in on a schedule for best results. First appointment owner was a no call no show. Ask for my money back. She apologized and rescheduled. The first 4 appointments , 3 were rescheduled at her request. It was one excuse after another. All on her end. I tried to be understanding, but my patience wore thin. I wasn’t even able to finish half of my appointments due to her interference. I was supposed to have 10 treatments and I only got 4 treatments. Asked for a prorated refund. Gave her my cashapp to refund my money. She never gave me my money back which is more than 1000 dollars she owes me for services not provided. I gave a few months to see if she would honor the fact that she failed to provide paid for services. Nothing. Considering taking her to small claims court to get my money back.

This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I received treatment for non invasive facial anti- aging. The service and staff are so professional and kind. I am 70 and A New You Med Spa has really turned back the clock for me. I look great and feel great. A special thank you to the owner, Chris. Her interest and care in my outcome is amazing. Bought a package on Groupon, and called three times to schedule an appointment, no one ever called me back, no one even answers the phone there! Not sure why you would offer a Groupon, if you have no intention on scheduling an appointment. Groupon ended up refunding my money, and I will use my credit towards a Medispa that wants my business. You might want to take better care of your potential clients, its no way to RUN a business!

The staff here is extremely helpful, professional, and friendly! Any question I had was answered with excellent communication before, during, and even after my services. The owner is dedicated to exceptional patient service! I used this Med spa for weight loss injections and lost 25 pounds. Worth every penny!

A New You Med Spa is a game changer!! The different types of treatments are fabulous and has changed my life in an amazing way. I absolutely love this place for so many reasons but first I want to say how great the customer service is!! Phyllis is Amazing she is the first person to greet you, she makes the environment sooo pleasant!! The treatments here are amazing!!! I would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a Luxury spa. I love coming here!!!
