I had my first appointment with Lindsay today, and absolutely adore her! She has such a warm & kind presence, is easy to laugh with, and made me feel so relaxed. I have Stage 3 HS. Here I have been treated with respect, commiseration, and dignity. I have never experienced the level of kindness from any provider that Megan and Lindsey have given me. I absolutely looooove these people. From the front staff to the behind the scenes surgery experts, every single person is top notch. I am sooo glad that fate placed me in these wonderful, caring hands and that Great Falls dermatology clinic never got back to me. These folks are worth the drive, no matter where you’re from in Montana.
I had to have a small procedure done, but I was very nervous about it. Megan Gittings was who did it and she was amazing! She helped put me at ease and was very kind throughout the whole procedure. Her and the nurse (I can't remember her name), were wonderful at making sure I was still doing ok. At one point I did start to have a big anxiety spike and feel sick and they stopped everything to get me a cool towel and some water and make sure I was alright and were very empathetic and didn't make me feel embarrassed for my reaction. It's clear they really care about and have a lot or compassion for their clients and are very professional and good at what they do! My teenager also saw Lindsey McCarthy for acne and she was wonderful as well! Always happy to see us and gave my kiddo a lot of encouragement. Highly recommend for all your skin needs!

Took my 6 year old who is high functioning autistic, has adhd and very bad anxiety here and I cannot say enough great things about the way we were treated! They were so patient with him and explained everything to him in way he could understand. I can’t think of a place I would rather get my son or myself treated at!
