Extremely relaxing and left my sensitive skin glowing! I have sensitive skin and often facials can aggravate me and break me out - but my facial here was great. My skin felt extremely soft and never flared or broke out after the treatment. I can tell my skin is much cleaner now! Also it was a very relaxing treatment. In addition to the facial, she provided a gentle neck and shoulder massage. As an introvert, it’s hard to enjoy services such as facials and massages because many people will chat throughout the entire treatment, which becomes an exhausting social task, but Cherry was great - she asked the necessary questions and then once she started the facial, just let me relax completely and didn’t feel the need to fill the quiet with chit chat. I plan to go back for more treatments in the future.
Veronica is truly a very caring person , It is not about money , She has a beautiful light in her . She wants to help you and your needs. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. As injector she is the Best . As a person she is a gem ,
I went here a while ago but it was the worst facial - didn’t even feel like I was in a spa. Plus everyone was on lunch break when I came in and my esthetician was still in the middle of finishing up her salad before she came into the room. And she literally just asked me to lay on the bed to start the facial. No changing into a robe, or adjustment in bed, no blanket, or anything that a typical spa would do for a facial service. Service was not good and definitely not worth the money.
Veronica was very knowledgeable and Procedure was pain-free. She is very friendly and personable. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. She really talked me through everything and made me feel super comfortable.
I was there for a consultation and both the Lead Esthetician and Aesthetic Nurse met with me. They answered all of my questions, gave me honest advise (told me not to do what I was thinking of because it wouldn’t provide the result I was looking for), and made recommendations.
