Aestheticare is the first medspa I have been to and my first introduction to all the products and treatments that come with it so I was a bit nervous going into my first appointment. The team (Emily, Meredith and Krissy) was absolutely amazing - they listened to what I was wanting and walked me through everything while making me feel more knowledgeable and comfortable as well. Those of who I know that have been here before have spoke very highly of it so it was great to get that same experience as well. Fully recommend!
I’ve gone to AesthetiCare since it opened in 2001. The staff and quality of care is absolutely unmatched. I see Krissy and Jennifer for facials and skincare regularly and could not recommend them more. The front desk staff are all wonderful and help me look forward to my appointments. Matt, the owner, has put together the best crew ever.
I have been so impressed with this office... from the time I enter to the time I leave (sometimes with my face on fire LOL). The front desk staff is always so helpful and welcoming, and every service I have received has been top notch. I was unsure about "going down this path" of self care, but they have been amazing in guiding me through all the things. Megan and Teresa have been so great in helping me to navigate the services and products that are offered. I have never felt like they are trying to "upsell" to me, which was one of my hesitations. I cannot say enough great things about Doc Erin and Olivia (her assistant) As a woman in my 50s, I was looking for a female who not only listened, but understood the unique changes and opportunities that come with this stage of life. From my very first appointment, she made me feel seen, supported, and empowered. Erin takes the time to explain what’s happening with my body instead of brushing anything off as “just aging.” Whether it’s navigating hormonal changes, improving energy levels, balancing mood, or finding ways to stay strong and confident, Erin provides thoughtful options that meet my goals, not just a one size fits all approach. What stands out the most is her compassion and honesty, she doesn’t rush, she asks real questions, and she gives guidance that helps me feel hopeful and proactive about this next chapter. For the first time in a long time, I feel like my health and well-being are back in my control, and that I have an advocate who truly cares. The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and are understanding as well, I feel a ton of support as soon as I walk I in and they always say goodbye and schedule my next appointment. Plus, they have a great coffee bar!! I have recommended anyone who asks me what y secret is — and in my case it took a village of women to help me not feel like I’m alone on this journey.
