Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care are unmatched. She patiently answered every single question I had (and I had a lot!), never rushing, always making sure I felt informed and comfortable. What truly impressed me was how Gianna tailored her recommendations to my specific needs. She suggested different treatments for various areas, explaining the benefits of each with clarity and honesty. Her pricing is extremely reasonable as well! I have been to another medi-spa and the rates were much higher. I’ve already booked my next appointment for another session in a month, and I can’t wait to be back. Gianna is absolutely amazing! She was SO knowledgeable and helpful, she gave us customized recommendations based on our concerns. Super easy to talk to and ask questions, we love her!!
I’ve been to see Giana twice now (Botox and filler). Both experiences were excellent. Giana is thoughtful and careful about explaining and performing each procedure. She makes sure that her patient is comfortable and not in pain. Her office is spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend Giana; I will be back to see her in three months!
