The absolute best staff! Ashley is amazing and this is the only office I trust with touching my face. They are all so sweet, caring, truly listen to your wants/needs and want you to be satisfied with the results. They also run great deals and I love that a lot of their promotions work in tandem to help the community —like donating shoes for kids going to school and in exchange you get a coupon for Botox. They are all absolutely amazing and the only “beauty” office I will ever go to.

All I can say is wow! Ashley and Angel were and are PHENOMENAL! From beginning to end they BOTH listed to my concerns and understood the objective! We collectively talked and created my own treatment plan and was EDUCATED on what I was receiving. I was already down coming in because age is getting to me and They completely made me happy and beautiful! Thank you guys soooo much! AAA

Everyone at ageless is absolutely amazing!! They are so welcoming at the front desk. The decor is absolutely beautiful. I've done many treatments with Ashley she always explains everything to you so clearly and makes you feel like family. Haley is amazing at all the laser machines. I've always had amazing experience with them!! Go check them out! 🥰

Front desk was very sweet and made me feel right at home by offering me something to drink and snacks around the corner with confine sofas to relax while I was waiting.Bre was absolutely amazing! She is extremely personable and makes you feel very comfortable. She walks you through what she’s doing while she’s doing the needle injections and asks you before, and after if you need anything, to not hesitate to reach out to her. I will definitely be continuing my services with Bre.

I had lip filler done almost 8 weeks ago, with a scheduled follow-up 4 weeks later. My initial appointment went smoothly and I felt good about the experience at that time. At my follow-up, I came in with a few general questions regarding some remaining filler lumps and a bit of fullness above my lip line. This was my first aesthetic procedure ever, so I felt my questions were completely appropriate. Between my initial appointment and follow-up, I only reached out on two separate days, both during business hours, with general post-procedure questions. As I said, this was not only my first time ever getting filler, but my first aesthetic procedure ever, so I reached out for reassurance on what was normal healing. During the follow-up, I was immediately asked if I had OCD because I was asking questions about my results. The comment caught me off guard. As we discussed potential additional services, the OCD remark continued to be brought up. I’ve taken time before deciding to write this because I’ve never left a negative review. However, being questioned about my mental health in an aesthetics setting felt unprofessional and inappropriate. Asking questions about a cosmetic procedure, especially your very first on, should not result in mental health questioning. I’m disappointed because I was genuinely excited about pursuing future services, especially after recent weight loss and wanting to address other concerns. Unfortunately, this interaction made me uncomfortable moving forward. I hope this feedback encourages more professionalism and sensitivity when speaking with clients.
