I love Dr Cooper and her staff. She is very compassionate and personable.Wonderful bedside manner and it is reflective in her staff as well. She has always explained the treatments and the after care thoroughly. She’s never shown anything other than extreme care and concern. She has treated me for varicose and spider veins and did a wonderful job. I feel confident knowing that if I have vein issues that she is definitely my doctor to take care of those needs. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Cooper and staff provided a well informed and comfortable experience for my first rosacea treatment. The office is stunningly appointed and all new state of the art equipment. Dr. Cooper is very meticulous during all of my procedures. I trust her advice and she answers all of my questions. A definite endorsement for her practice!

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor’s office. This practice blatantly lied to me. I requested the office to run a procedure through my insurance and provide me with the cost I would be responsible for out of pocket once factoring in any remaining deductible. I clearly communicated my decision to the office staff that I would not proceed with the vein ablation procedure if my insurance did not cover the costs. The staff told me my cost would be $0. I moved forward with scheduling the procedure based on the doctor’s assurance this was covered. I received a statement 4 weeks later from Polaris Vein for over $1,600. Strongly recommend that you avoid using this doctor in the future. Hopefully this message will prevent others from being impacted by the deception I encountered. I will also be reporting this to the Attorney General’s office. Thank you.

Dr. Cooper and each member of her practice are compassionate, respectful, and have the rare quality of “being present” where you are the focus. I went to Polaris Vein and Aesthetics for treatment of broken capillaries under my eyes after thorough research and recommendations. I was assured the treatment would work, but after my first session, I experienced swelling for a week and noticed new broken blood vessels. Additionally, I was left with a red mark that has lasted two months, and I was given no post-care guidance. Despite my concerns, Dr. Cooper didn't even take the time to see me in person during my follow-up appointment; her assistant showed her photos while she stayed in her office. The only advice I received was to wait months, avoiding sun exposure, despite the fact that I reiterated multiple times that I was at base skin tone and understand the importance coming from a laser industry myself. However, there was no apology or offer to correct the situation. I felt the office was more focused on maintaining my membership rather than addressing my issues. I ended up canceling my membership, but they refused to refund my money, despite me being unable to receive the treatment I originally paid for. I would have appreciated a more personalized, professional approach, especially considering I chose a medical office over a medspa. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.
