Today, on the last day of 2025, I had my hydrafacial treatment from the package I purchased and it was wonderful. Sara was amazing, very dedicated and intentional about doing the treatment correctly and thoroughly. This is my second treatment with her and she always delivers with excellence. Diana is also very kind and patient, which makes the whole experience even better. I love my visit today y and highly recommend getting this treatment here. I’m leaving relaxed and refreshed, ready to start the new year. Claudia D

I went for a facial today because I saw a $59.99 special on Facebook and I love a good deal! My appointment was for 10 am so I arrived a few minutes early and when I entered the waiting area they was one other lady waiting but no one at the desk. After a couple of minutes someone came out and greeted me and gave me the new client intake form. Once I finished that my aesthetician, Diana, came to take me to the room. She was very nice but seemed a little nervous. In the past I’ve been instructed to remove my top and put on a robe but she didn’t do that. Once she started the facial she did explain each step. The application of the products was slightly rougher than in used to but no that big of a deal. I do believe she is just new and with more experience it will get better. After my facial was completed Diana provided me with a printed copy of after care instructions and then I met with another employee who went over the instructions with me. He also sold me on a couple of products for a decent price!

I had an amazing experience with Sara! From start to finish, she made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. Her technique is gentle yet effective, and my skin has never looked or felt better. She explained every step of the process, customized the treatment to my skin’s needs, and created such a soothing and professional environment. I walked out glowing! Very clean space, the facial I got was amazing! Vivian did such a good job, she has a very calming voice and I almost fell asleep a couple of times! Definitely recommending her to my friends!

I was sold by their salesman into a dumb deal. And when I wanted to cancel the rude owner got on the phone and started over talking me and didn't care to hear what I had to say. I recorded the conversation and will be recording that as well. So since the rude man Tony didn't allow me to cancel, I proceeded with my appointment but they ran out of gel. So I couldn't get my service that I wanted. I asked Sarah when will they have the gel, she couldn't say. While getting my facial the machine stopped working. So for the 3rd time I'm regretting doing business with this company and since this company is greedy Tony would not grant me to cancel. I will be telling all of my friends and family members and they will also be leaving reviews. This is such an unprofessional place, I hate that I gave them a try, I should have stuck with my gut.
