I was referred to Alabama Surgical Arts for a complicated tooth removal that involved my lone remaining wisdom tooth. I am 80 years old and that wisdom tooth had a nerve running thru it that no dentist had ever wanted to disturb. Dr Nizam didn’t hesitate. He told me he would remove the tooth in question and cut off part of the wisdom tooth that would be exposed leaving the nerve undisturbed. That is exactly what he did. He worked me in to his very busy schedule and the procedure was as easy on me as anyone could have made it. Unfortunately, 3 days later I broke my jaw near the site of the surgery biting down on a hard cracker. Dr Nizam recommended putting a plate in to hold the jar rather than me having to go into the hospital and have my jaw wired shut for six weeks. I am so grateful he did. Dr Nizam has a wonderful staff. From the front desk to everyone I encountered in the procedure rooms, I was treated by excellent care givers with expertise and kindness. Dr Nizam made sure I was kept comfortable throughout the entire time. I particularly noticed that his staff was free to talk to him at any time with questions and he was patient and answered in a way that let them know they were valued. I didn’t learn (or remember) everyone’s names, but Char at the front desk area and Aaron who assisted Dr Nizam on my last visit are great examples of the quality of people at Alabama Surgical Arts. Thanks to Dr Nizam and everyone!

If you need an Ear Lobe repair, LOOK NO FUTHER! From the consultation to the recovery, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Nizam was great and my ear is healing great. The stars for me were the supporting staff. Emma (coordinator) always made sure that I was able to be fit in around my schedule and literally always checked on me when I was in the office like a friend, Kaylee (surgical assistant) helped to keep my nerves calm during the entire procedure, and Cameron (RN) was always friendly and became a friend by the end of it all. Overall, I have to thank this team for everything and will be back in the future for other needs!

My mom has been here twice now for oral surgery when no one else would help her. They are amazing! They are so professional, thoughtful, and fast! I love how they have a carport for patient pick up. Today Alissa helped my mom into the vehicle and explained everything. She was super helpful and kind. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Check in was quick and the all of the ladies at the desk were very sweet. My tech was thorough and made sure I was taken care before I check out. There was a little wait while waiting to check out, but Char was so sweet that it made up for it completely! Great personality and Dr. Sami (I think) was efficient and quick! Great job staff! Will definitely recommend

I went in the office for a consultation I must say the staff was very professional and prompt. I was nervous about my initial visit but after I was called back my nervousness went away. They made me very comfortable. The Dr. and staff were very knowledgeable and I was pleased with the results and I look forward to my future surgery. If you are looking for cosmetic surgery Alabama Surgical Arts is the place to go and it's going to look bougie when you first walk in but I promise you they so down to earth and sweet lol and one more other thing they offer you snacks while you wait on the doctor and I was looking like okay!! I'm waiting to see what this face going to look like and when he showed me on the computer how it's going to look afterward and I said to myself I'm in the right place and he ain't Allstate stay insurance but I feel like I'm in good hands 😂
